At Dejima we’re all about giving you control of your coffee. We work hard to find the best single origin coffees available. But we understand that sometimes we won’t have that one origin you’re looking for.
That’s where custom ordering comes in! Dejima wants every client to find exactly what they want and to enjoy their coffee to the fullest. Be it Vietnamese Robusta or Dominican dry process Arabica; at Dejima we do our best to find, procure, and roast whatever coffee our clients desire.

A sweet and well accented coffee highlighting the beauty of dry processing. The bright acid tones compliment the fruitier nature of this Ethiopian coffee with notes of tart apple, Dutch cocoa powder, and bergamot. A delicate balance of sweet, tart, and earthy tones combine to make this an ideal candidate for a discerning coffee consumer. Best when prepared in Aeropress or pour-over.

Honey process coffees are a unique breed. Combining methods perfected over hundreds of years, honey process coffees provide the flavor and body of a dry process with the clean cup characteristics of a washed process. This Helsar de Zarcero is punctuated by notes of tree nuts, mulling spices, and Bartlett pears. A deeply complex coffee, it boasts tremendous body and sweetness while balancing the two with a lighter acidity. Great for pour-over style brewing or espresso.
